The solution is easy enough – you’ll need to remove the camshaft housing, clean off all the old sealant, then apply new sealant before refitting the camshaft housing to the cylinder head.

I have a berlingo 1.6 engine code 9HN (DV6ETED). 2016. The engine has just been fully reconditioned, since then I am getting DPF warning lights and fault codes. P1490- particle filter detected to be overloaded. When I then get the DPF professionally cleaned and refit the DPF the car will run well for 2 days and the same fault code will come back.
Car is the 1.6 HDI e Active. The engine light came on constant on the dash and the fault log said engine fault, check with dealer. I looked up the manual and it said the engine light on constsnt was to do with the emission control so I knew that meant the DPF.

Sensor on its own is about same cost as quoted above (~£20 or so) housing with thermostat and sensor complete isn't much more.
The engine management light comes on intermittently and citroen dealer diagnosis is turbo malfunction. The estimated bill is £900 .However my local garage diagnosis is EGR valve. Also the oil light and STOP sign is flashing. Is the engine dead or oil pump problem etc. Can Anyone help. •
