I haven’t played this game yet but TT Games always handles multiplayer well. Frame rate is much better than LCU, and is enjoyable to play. The only challenge is when underwater, it does chop a bit but didn't feel as frustrating as LCU. On a side note Lego city undercover was built as a single player game.

Issues with Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 Multiplayer. For a while I have been trying to get the most out of the game by also doing the 4-Player multiplayer battle mode that you can do against three other computers or three other players.
