DME Problem. (SOLVED!) Car was in storage for the winter. Start car every couple of weeks and let it fully warm up fully. Do not have it on a battery tender, but the car does have enough battery. When i start car, it prompts me to reset date and clock, so i assume the battery ran flat. (i resetted the time and date).

The voltage should remain around 14 volts. If it drops and remain below 13.5 volts, it indicates a problem with the current supply from the alternator.

The car’s engine electronics (DME/DDE) step in, swiftly turning off all the non-essential consumers (fancy talk for parts of the car that use electricity but aren’t crucial for starting the engine) to save what’s left of the battery’s power. And then, as a courteous heads-up, your BMW flashes the “Increased battery discharge
New battery in and now the car is idles rough between 1000 and 1400 RPM. There's no throttle response when I step on the gas pedal. I was told it was on limp mode but the mechanic had no idea how to fix it. It has 4 code p164c, P1417,P1632 and P0221.
